in d mood for diet...

dear diary....

dh lame aku x blogging ni,even ak slalu onl9 tp mls nk update cz tgok rmi member2 yg xupdate blog dorg...but lately ni aku tgk roomate aku alia yg baru berjinak-jinak dlm bidang blog ni semangat mengupdate blog die(ciap pakse aku bace blog die tuh..kihkih) aku pon rase terjangkit lah dari die semangat nk update blog...hehe actuly aku xder idea nk tulis ape n mls nk berspeaking dats y aku men bhs rojak jer...huhu tp thanx to noha my fren yg mencetuskan idea utk aku menulis sbb die tnye aku time kt klas td how to lost weight..aku admit aku mmg sedang kurangkn mkn tp xsmpi diet yg extreme sgt...

apakah yg membuatkan aku semangat nk berdiet ni ekk...

sebabnye..
1) aku realize berat aku naik las month slps timbang kt tesco ampang n dibebel oleh daddy ku

2) jeles nengok baru-baru ni cousin aku kawin nmpk cantik dlm pakaian pengantin cz body cun.

3) semangat bile kak ain dpt kurang kn 12kg berat die(wowwww...)

4) bertambah semangat bila aku baru start diet classmate dh perasaan perubahan..weee

5) teringin nk tuka saiz baju and seluar..and lastly

6) actuly i really want to lost weight cz i want to look good for him and hope when we walk
together we can look match for each other, eventhough people always said true luv suposely
accept me as the way i am but stil i want to feel confidence and comfortable
with myself when im with him...(btul2 blog rojak bhs ni..ahaks)

so dlm mase sbln ni aku agk mengontrol mknan ku klu dulu aku mkn '8'kali sehari.dan dlm quantity yg byk..hehe tp skrg plg byk pon aku mkn 3 kali sehari n dlm quantity yg sgt siket...exercise??ader la jgk kdang2 skipping,sit up 10x o g gym klu der time n rajin.huhu aku mmg dri dulu xberape suke pon ais dan air manis so skg aku jz membykan lg quantity air kosong yg perlu dminum plg kurang sehari 1litre..errm menu harian aku plak,aku mkn nasi skali sehari waktu lunch bile aku btul2 dh rase lapo dan dlm quantity suku pinggan..hehe klu lunch aku jz mkn ringan2,aku gantikn nasi dlm menu diner tp mkn b4 7p.m aku membykan lauk n terpakse tmbh menu sayur(yaksss) and aku kene try kurangkn mkn ayam even fevret aku..hehe senang cite aku hanye mkn bile aku rase lapo dan berhenti mkn sblm aku rase kenyang(ikut sunah nabi tuhh..huhu) dats all wt i can share with all of u and my pleasure if u want to follow, so selamat mencube dan byk2 kn beramal ya!! (erk!? ;p)



p/s: u guys must b wondering after 1 month diet du i really lost any weight??...ermm
i dun know either!haha
aku xbrani lg nk timbang tho...winkkk^_~
